Natural History Museum, Tribhuvan University, Nepal
Uploaded by: InsightsUnspoken
Video Description:
A rather large, low ceilinged exhibition hall with side rooms, air heavy with dampness and the smell of chemicals - the place packed with stuffed animals, birds and fish, with a obvious preference for attack- and defence postures. Every predator bares its fang, almost every bird raises its wings and cranes its neck against invistible enemies. Black-and-white photos show a man found inside a python snake. The world's largest moth is milky yellow and dusty. - This is a Grim Reaper's zoo. An exhibition of the absence of life.
