Especially in this economy time my job is ok but I know that I can do better that there is a more potential!
Great video nonetheless. I believe humanistic and psychoanalytic psychology are the 2 best branches.

#1 - Experience things selflessly dont pay attention to self- be absorbed by OUTSIDE experience - introversion bad -
# 3 - shut out external clues - but #1 says not too introverted!!!!!
-- so frustrated with the contradictions of Western and Eastern self analysis!
REVISE YOUR STATEMENTS PSYCHS!
It doesn't mean to shut off your experience of the outside.
It say's "shut out the external clues as to what you should think feel, say, and so on"
It means don't try to be what other people expect you to be or don't try to fit into the mold that society, government, priests, teachers, bosses, etc. are trying put you in.
So, don't feel a certain way because society deems it appropriate but feel what true for yourself.

Wording is a problem.
My wife's terminal cancer has, shall we say, left me feeling a bit unsafe. It has helped me rationalize my situation.
Who needs self-actualized at my age?
Also, what if a person feels stressed about the wrold around them and how it's changing too fast, "global warmin" and "economicly"?
